“To The PDK is unacceptable in avoiding the procedure to review the laws. The regulation clearly states that two weeks must be spent by law sharing. Impossible, even I who am a lawyer, read and process all of this. We are asking why is it urgent to consider such important laws of Kosovo with accelerated procedure? This speed I don't understand why, so we're against”, Gruda said in the Assembly.
