Serbia's Foreign Minister, Marko Djuric, has made little drama at the Security Council meeting.
He has claimed, not to mention any evidence, that Serbs are being discriminated against and attacked.
“The rights of Serbs erode every day, step by step, decision after decision. Injustice everywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. What we discuss is not a regional topic, but it affects human rights. The international community has invested decades in building mechanisms for the protection of communities, and rule of law. The passing of these circumstances has a dangerous precedent. Serbs in Kosovo are labeled as others, their identity is used as the basis for limiting freedom of movement, and targeting them. Arbitar arrests and attacks are not isolated, they constitute something systemic that cannot, we should not ignore”, he said.
