“Around 15 countries are currently mobilised and are participating in planning, under France's leadership, to enable the implementation of this strictly protective mission in co-ordination with Iran to facilitate the resumption of traffic”, Macron said on Wednesday, Reuters, reports Klan Kosova.tv.
In a post in “X”, Macro wrote that the truce agreement is good news for all.
“Proclaiming this truce is a very good thing. Since the first day, we have had the same objective: to protect our citizens and our interests, to stay close to our regional partners, and to work towards reducing tensions to restore peace and freedom of navigation”, it is said in Macron's post.
The deal has reportedly been reached with a fast-speed “mediation with Pakistan acting as a mediator between Iran and the US. /Periscope
