Home, land, money and car wealth of Kosovo's top leaders

After completing the deadline for statements, the Agency for Prevention of Corruption has published the registers of property statements by public officials, among them state and party leaders.

From bank accounts with just a few euros -- to hundreds of thousands of residences, lands of considerable value and million properties -- this year's wealth statements have highlighted great contrasts between Kosovo's best-known political names.

The published forms include modest savings in cash, but also homes, housing, construction and agricultural land, garages, unpaid loans, and considerable annual revenues.

After publishing records by the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, attention has focused on figures, properties and debts of state and party leaders.

Albin Kurti's Wealth

The agency has published Prime Minister Albin Kurti's annual wealth statement.

Under Kurti's annual inflow form, there are 21 thousand and 315 euros from the salary as prime minister. He has also declared his wife's revenues from a salary worth 51 thousand euros.

Based on the published form Kurti has on his bank account of 16.41 euros.

Kurti has also declared that on behalf of his wife at the bank there are 19 thousand and 500 of the parent's heritage and inheritance, 2 thousand euros in savings of the daughter and another 50 euros of the girl, which according to the form are derived from family members.

As real estate, Kurt has mentioned his wife's residence, worth 530 thousand euros.

As debts, he has declared his wife's loan worth the remaining 160 thousand euros, and has listed the rent of the apartment, which he has now declared to be paying 350 euros.

 Albulen Hadziu's Wealth

Kosovo President Albulen Haxhiu's post -- at the same time chairwoman of Parliament Albulen Haxhiu -- in its annual statement of property -- has presented a joint-owned 128 square metre residence worth 118 thousand euros.

And in the name of her husband she has declared an apartment of 82 square metres worth 60 thousand euros and a land of 6 gold worth 15 thousand euros.

Money ready in the account she has declared to have 1531 euros.

Haxhiu has declared he has a loan worth 160 thousand euros.

Personal annual revenues from wages, hires and additional compensations have been declared over 24 thousand euros.

Vjosa Osman's Wealth

Former President Vjosa Osmani has declared real estate in its name only a land of 5.10 gold worth 35 thousand euros.

In her co-owner, she has declared a residential home of 244 square metres is worth 208 thousand euros.

And owned by the husband has declared a flat worth 59 thousand euros, a house in Australia worth 170 thousand euros, as well as another home in Australia worth 510 thousand euros.

The cash available to Osmani has declared 3115 euros.

The annual income Osmani has declared more than 10,000 and 300 euros as wages and wages worth over 33 thousand euros.

The Wealth of Bedri Hamza

Chairman Badri Hamza's PDK in its annual statement of property has shown it has two residences, one with 120 square metres' surfaces worth 70 thousand euros and one on the surface of 98 square metres worth 46 thousand euros.

He has claimed to own three garages worth 14 thousand and 700 euros together.

He has declared more than 10 and 700 euros in an account and 1408 euros in another account, reports Monitor, broadcast Periscopi.

It has declared personal annual revenues worth nearly $19,000 and 700 euros.

Lumir Obadiah's Wealth

LDK Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku has declared a home worth 150 thousand euros worth of real estate that he has said has inherited.

As a joint property he has declared a house worth 200 thousand euros and a flat worth 265 thousand euros. While he has declared two more dwellings on behalf of his wife.

Ramush Haradinaj's Wealth

And AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj, in the form of the declaration, has declared he owns his own and his close family's property worth nearly 2m euros.

Haradinaj in general, the main properties (houses/ville/banes) are the same, but there is a huge difference in land on the surface and declared value.

Haradinaj has conspicuously lowered remaining loans compared to the previous year.

Incomes from the AAK's top rent have marked the decline, while his wife has increased her home-freeness in Pristina.

In the money in bank accounts, Haradinaj in 2026 reports markedly higher amounts compared to 2025.
