Through, a post in its profile on the social Facebook network, that the Assembly to select quality boards, initially MPs should have time: 1) to consider applications/ CVs and 2s to conduct quality interviews.
“So far no MP has accepted CVs of KPM candidates, while RTK's ones have, although they have not yet examined them because they had plenary hearings and committee meetings”, she wrote.
According to her interviewing candidates for RTK and the KPM cannot be done in parallel because some MPs serve in two commissions.

About interviewing candidates for members of RTK and KPM boards
To the distribution of the Assembly, if we don't have president, there's still ten days of work left. This deadline is important for the recruiting processes and that's why.
To select quality boards, MPs must first have time: 1) to consider applications/ CVs and 2s to conduct quality interviews. So far no MP has accepted CVs of KPM candidates, while RTK's have, although they have not yet examined them because they had plenary sessions and committee meetings.
The meeting for members of the KPM (yet no time has been set, but it has been said since noon), as well as the meeting for RTK members (at 10 o'clock). These meetings place methodology, check all applications' files -- that is, in total, about 108 candidates for the two processes -- and interviews are assigned. In interviews are some of the important elements of time available.
Interview of Candidates for RTK and the KPM cannot be done in parallel because some MPs serve in two commissions. Consequently, the same MP may be on two commissions on the same day and time.
The other element is that the interview should be conducted professionally; the interview should last at least 30 minutes (according to the Parliament practice) to give space to the candidates to lay out their plans.
If an interview is held minimally 30 minutes (not 15 minutes per page), the commission for KPM needs 2.5 working days: a working day has 7 hours (if it doesn't count pause), for 7 hours 14 candidates can be interviewed. The KKP has 33 candidates, which would say it takes 2.5 days at a minimum. RTK has 75 candidates, dropping about 5.5 working days, so one week.
In total, it takes eight days of work for both processes. Then it takes another day to prepare the report for the plenary session and 1 day for the vote.
If meetings are held today, interviews can begin Wednesday, because it would be absolutely unacceptable if candidates are called for tomorrow. It would be a mockery of this process and a low level of professionalism by the Parliament. People have plans, may be abroad, may have personal troubles, and certainly do not direct life to be available 24 hours for a call from the Parliament.
Time is not on the side of the Parliament for these processes to be conducted professionally, as they deserve, and any haste would permanently damage these processes. The fact that the former members on two boards of the two institutions were committed to the VV (with some small but significant exceptions) should be added. That's why I have little confidence that people will be selected on merit but we are waiting for the process to give me full appreciation. (Read Gemma's writing about these processes https://sbunker.org/.../bordet-e-rtk-edhe-kpm-se-nj.../).
The processes are being monitored by AGK, FOL, IKD and me. Now, since I'm reporting live, I'm feeling a sense of commitment that I can hardly convey all the interviews for four reasons: one family member is an opera today, I have a small family member, I have three trips out of the workplace in the next two weeks, so what I'm doing, I'm here. Amo me inform you!
