I would tell them Spain should not equal Kosovo's case with its territorial tensions. Serbia committed genocide; there is no way to make parallels between Madrid and Belgrade. There is no possible comparison, and Spain should have known Kosovo long ago, though there is still time to do so. I'm working on it and I hope they do. We have no disagreement with Spain. There are no obstacles to recognising Kosovo. The sooner that changes, the better the”, the Kurti declared the El Periodico.
