Jevdet Pozhar's wife, among six candidates recommended for vote on two judges in Constitutional

The process of interviewing candidates in the Assembly for two judges' positions at the Constitutional Court has been completed. After completing this process, the Special Commission has recommended six candidates to be subject to vote in the Assembly, it reported. “Battle for Justice”. After the candidates' assessment and positioning, the Commission decided that the Assembly would forward the list with the six names assessed as the best “ ” in this phase of the procedure.

The special commission consisted of Fargan Qorrolli, chairman of the Commission, Arberie Nagavci of the Vetevendosje Movement, Arrian Tahiri from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Armenmen Zemaj from the Democratic League of Kosovo, Slavko Sinj from the Serbian List, Faithful Tahiri from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Artan Asllani from the Multiethnic Parliamentary Group. This commission had earlier found that 25 candidates met the formal conditions for running.

In all, 25 candidates had applied for these two positions: Vigan Rogova, Zahir Qerkeyni, Bessart Beleg, Makfirete Krasniqi, Selmane Ymer, Avdalkader Mucaj, Elton Kusari, Benisa Kusari, Ramadan Gashi, Rafet Hajaj, Sabat Idrizi, Emera Hope, Valbona Shala-Thaci, Susan Gashi, Ardita Hadnikaj-Demi, Novita Nezaj, Alban Muriqi, Eme Abdililji-Pozi, Nazmijqi Krasni, Kalekovi, Verizani, Rizurimurimuri, Jodira Zakdajmni, Zakdajni, Zakdajni, Zafarajni, Zafari, Jahdajni, Zafari.

The interview of candidates was held on 7 April and 8 April. At this stage 22 candidates were submitted, as Rafet Hajaj, Nazmije Krasniqi, withdrew from the race - Joseph and Riza Krasniqi. At the conclusion of the process, the Commission recommended six candidates for the vote in the Assembly.
