The news is confirmed by trusted sources near the prosecution institution, which emphasises that the raids have been adopted by the Special Court's decision. Agents at the National Bureau of Investigation have been on the site since morning and in residences and offices and have received cell phones, documents, and other equipment.
Sources confirm that these new raids are related to investigations that special prosecutors are conducting in the direction of several alleged bank transactions, allegedly linked directly to the former government's number two.
These raids came after those conducted in late December 2025 and January 2026, where phones of businessmen known as Ilir Staffi and Rok Gjota were seized, etc., which are being watched by experts.
In parallel with these investigative actions, the SPAK has been given access to even literature, where it has requested information abroad for Belinda Balluk and related persons.
Balluk is convicted of tendering for the construction of the Llogara tunnel and under investigation for the great ring's tears.
The SPAK demanded Balluk's arrest, but the socialist majority voted against. So ex-Sv. Prime Ministers remain in force of two security measures: Banned to go abroad and suspend the exercise of functions.
