Minister for Work, Families and Values of Liberation War Andy Hoti has voiced optimism about the release of former KLA leaders who for more than five years are being tried in The Hague.
This statement was made at the meeting of the Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, Job, Family, Freedom War Values and Petitions.
He stressed that whatever is in the power of the ministry leading the ministry will be available.
The “those who are unfair in The Hague will be released very soon and I believe this day. Whatever is in my ministry's competence, of course they will be available. But the department that deals with the Specialised Chambers is in the Ministry of Justice, yet in my competence, in co-operation with every department of course we will be ready”, said Minister Hoti.
