Hamza stressed that the Constitution constitutes the highest judicial act of the state on which democratic order is based and the protection of the rights of each citizen is guaranteed.
“The constitution remains our guide for building a legal, just and equal state”, Hamza has indicated.
He also stressed the necessity of full implementation of the Constitution under any circumstances.
On this important day, we reaffirm the Democratic Party of Kosovo's commitment to the respect and protection of this act at all times and circumstances. Happy Day of the Constitution.
