The first preliminary results from parliamentary elections in Hungary show an advantage of the Tisza political force, led by Peter Magyar, against Prime Minister Victor Orbán's Fidesz party.
According to data based on the count of 14.7% of the vote, Tisza is designed to secure about 125 seats in Parliament with 199 seats.
Meanwhile, another earlier update, based on the count of 6.5% of the vote, gave Tisza 110 mandates, against 71 mandates for Fidesz and 9 mandates for the far-right party Mi Hazánk.
The data was reported by The Guardian, but it must be carefully interpreted, as balances can change quickly during the counting process.
An earlier project, based only on 3% of the votes counted, had initially benefited Fidesz.
