On the Day of the Constitution, it expresses higher respect for the foundation act that has defined the direction, values and democratic order of the Republic of Kosovo.
This day we commemorate as a moment of reflection on Kosovo's journey towards democratic freedom, statehood and consolidation, honoring the sacrifice and dedication of generations that made this reality possible.
In that spirit, we reaffirm the steadfast commitment to strengthening the rule of law, protecting rights and building a stable future, in the service of the citizens and dignity of the Republic of Kosovo.
