The black record naught inflation in March stands at 6.7 percent

Consumer prices have increased by 6.7 percent this year's March, compared to March 2025. According to the harmonised Consumer Prices Index (IHÇK), published by the Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) monthly inflation has been 1.5 per cent. According to the KSF, this is largely explained with the rise of consumer prices in this period in fuel and lubricants for personal transport equipment (25.8%), vegetables (3.7%), trees (1.5%) and meat (0.3%) with a common impact of these sub-groups of 1.7 percent in IHCHK.
As prices drop in electricity (-3.7%) and solid fuels, firewood, diapers, and so on. (2.2%) with an impact of -0.2 percent on IHCK.
The overall harmonised consumption prices “is higher at an average of 6.7 % in March 2026 compared to March 2025. This is mainly explained with the rise of consumer prices in this period in the groups and subgroups of COICOP: other services related to personal transportation equipment (42.5%), flight tickets (38.4%), water supply and various services related to habitat 31.9%), electricity (17,4%), fuel and lubricants for personal transport equipment (17,4%), solid fuels, firewood, over-the-lines.
