That was enough for the man to react violently, pushing her hard, causing her to crash in the closet, and then picking her up.
During the trial, the defendant denied having grasped his throat, but admitted that he had pushed him twice, stressing that the second time he had done so with great strength.
The defendant was found guilty, while the court also imposed restrictive conditions on him, including stopping his approach to the victim, reports Ora News.
