In his address, Balla said oil is a stock market and its price is determined by international markets. He stressed that Albania is supplied by large international companies operating on stock prices, Abc New reports, broadcasts Periscope.
Among other things, Balla also defended the role of the Transparency Board, stressing that this mechanism has been used in the previous post-war crisis in Ukraine and has made an effect on stabilising prices.
As for political debate, he accused the opposition of using the issue for daily rhetoric, while adding that its proposed bills would be discussed in the Assembly under the consensus-end calendar, specifically on the 30th. /Periscope/
