Albulen Haxhiu opens a new Facebook page for “Kosovo President” after past is managed by Osman staff

According to the President's Office report, the new Facebook page with the name has been opened “Price of the Republic of Kosovo”.

Last page according to the announcement is under the management of former Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani's staff.

After the end of the former president's mandate, existing profiles have been taken into management by its office and no longer represent official presidency communication. Public institutions are not related to individual mandates, they should have stable, clear and ongoing communication, in the service of citizens. For this reason, new official profiles will be administered directly by the presidency institution and will serve as the only source of official information from this institution.”, said among other things in the communiqué.

This new page opens a few days after the president's was elected Albulen Haxhiu, who is also speaker of the Kosovo Parliament.

Talks on electing the new president are continuing, but so far have not produced any success.

If there is no agreement within the deadline under the Constitutional Court, then the country will go to the polls.
