The session is expected to begin with the approval of last meeting's computer chip, while later it will proceed with announcements and parliamentary discussions.
Focusing on the debate will be the intervention requested by MP Erion Brace with Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Andys Hall.
Shortly before the start of the session in the Assembly, MP Erion Brace has gone to parliament with a grocery bag.

And Education Minister Mirela Godbarto will answer MPs Erisa Gijo's questions at a question session, reports Euronews. al, broadcast Periscope.
In the legislative plan, MPs will consider changes to the law on tourist ports, as well as amendments to the law on preventing money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Meanwhile, debate is also expected on the establishment of two parliamentary investigative commissions. One relates to investment control of the Albanian Road Authority in infrastructure, while the other aims to verify the activity of the National Information Society Agency (AKSH), with emphasis on cyber security and data protection.
The agenda has included the election of a member of the Bank of Albania's Supervisive Council, as well as discussions on issues outside the agenda. /Periscope
