He has declared that his father's figure belongs not only to the family, but to all those who fight and continue to contribute to Kosovo.
He stressed that war does not end with weapons, but continues through the way of life and commitment to the state.
Finally, he urged citizens to remain united and not to allow the sacrifice of martyrs to be forgotten.
Dad didn't live for himself. He lived for freedom, and he shared that path with you. You were his strength, the reason he never stopped. Today, 27 years later, he's proud of you. You who stood, who didn't bow, who didn't leave the way in the middle. Because the war doesn't end with weapons, it goes on the way we live and love each other and build our country. To me, you're going to him. Today Kosovo needs you, for unity, for determination, for love of country. On behalf of the families of the martyrs please stay together, don't let sacrifice fade away. Build the country the way they dreamed they gave everything. They live in us. Glory to the Commander, the glory to you who preserve and build this state”, he said.
