6 names recommended for voting in Kosovo Parliament for Two Judges in Constitutional Court

After the interview ended, the Commission, in the case of the polling, decided to recommend the list of six successful candidates as follows, reports “Justice Trust“.

Special Commission with this composition: VV MP Aryan Tahiri-LV MP The PDK, Amenmendi Zemaj-LDK deputy Slavko Single-Symun deputy, Besnik Tahiri-Deputes of the AAK, Artan Aslan- MP of the Multiethnic Parliamentary Group, had concluded that 25 candidates meet formal terms for running.
Also, part of the commission was Arjeta Sadiku- deputy chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council (KGJK) and Safet Hoxha from the Constitutional Court.
Ombudsman Naim Celaj, even though he was a member of the Commission, had missed the application review but also that of interviewing candidates.
We remember that in total 25 candidates and that were applied: Vigan Rogova, Zahir Qerkeyni, Bessart Beleg, Makfirete Krasniqi, Selmane Ymer, Avdalkader Mucaj, Elton Kusari, Benisa Kusari, Ramadan Gashi, Rafet Hajaj, Sabat Idrizi, Nazmije Krasni, Valbona Shala-Thaci, Susan Gashi, Ardita Hadnikaj-Demi, Novita Nezaj, Alban Muriqi, Amy Abdilil-Pozari, Nazmije Krasni, Kalekovi, Verizani, Rimurimuri, Jodira Zakdajmni, Zakdajni, Zakdajni, Zakajni and Zafari.
In the interview process, which was held on April 7th and 8th, 22 candidates were presented, withdrawing from the race: Rafet Hajaj, Nazmije Krasniqi - Joseph and Riza Krasniqi. In the end, six candidates were recommended for the vote.
