The Ministry of Industry, Trade, Trade and Innovation (MINTI), following complaints received by consumers, has intensified ground activities through the Verifiator Commission for electrical indicators.

During the verifications carried out in the Metrology Agency laboratory, it has been found that the ECDS term worth of electrical exchange has not been respected. Based on these findings, the Central Market Supervisor Inspectorate, based on the Law for Metrology (neen 46, paragraph 1.3, subparagraph 1.3.2), has imposed fines worth 1,500 to 5,000 euros for each account with the expired terms of validity.
