As he closed the case, prosecutors at “Thaci and others tried to prevent justice” handed over statements of individuals involved in the indictment, but denouncing any confession that someone influenced their testimony in the Special Chambers.
In addition to Mustafa Rrustem and Bislim Office, the 4th witness told the SPS that no individual ever contacted him for his appearance at the Court, Klan Kosova reports.
The prosecution had first contacted this witness on September 25th 2020, yet without the indictment against Thaci, Veselin, Selimi and Krasniqi confirmed.
She asked if she had noticed questionable activities about what she had received a negative answer.
The second time of the ZPS call, witness 4 went to September 28, 2023, to travel to The Hague for evidence.
Then he was summoned on January 30, 2024 to learn if someone had intervened in his testimony, and twice more on May 2nd and June 30, 2025, to receive two more negative answers that he was called or influenced by someone.
