The road to the Assembly's construction is warned of new meetings

Attention of the political scene in the country has shifted towards forming new institutions, following the Certificate of the June 7th elections. The first round of Vetevendosje meetings, as the winner of the elections, with opposition parties ending without concrete agreement, despite incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, warned that further meetings are expected next week.
While the constitution of the Parliament and Government is expected to walk without obstacles, analysts warn of political crisis risks for electing the head of state before completing the mandate of the president's office, Albulen Haxhiu.
Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti's first consultative meetings, with opposition party leaders, ended without concrete results. While the opposition held positions that it does not offer an immediate ruling coalition after the end of the first round of meetings, Kurti said it is still early to talk about concrete agreements.
There will be other"meetings, Kurti said.
With the certificate of the results of the June 7th elections, constitutional deadlines for the formation of the country's new institutions are also beginning to flow, thus paving the way for the Assembly's institution, forming the new government and electing the president.
What matters is that the session for election of the president should take place within a 60-day term from the moment the assembly is constituted while the term is closer to forming the government only 40 days from the president's mandate because the first candidate has 15 days in case of the first candidate's failure is 10 days to appoint the second candidate and again 15 days for the other candidate, and in fact shows that the logical order of things can be initially resolved by the Government", says Eugen CAD from KDI.
"Sance can be called up by the end of this deadline, even if it does not call Mrs. Haxhiu, the Assembly meets itself, but needs to see the political parties' initiative as to whether there will be a comprehensive political agreement that solves the president's case and then calls it the Constituent session because imagines a situation when the mayor is elected, the assembly is formed, and the government is formed, in the meantime, without political agreement to elect a president of Kosovo", Nazim Jakaj, researcher in the IK, RTK, broadcast. Since Vetevendosje appears to have votes for the constitution and formation of the Government, from the perspective of field experts it is not expected that these two processes will face obstacles. Nevertheless, the election of the new president remains another issue that could keep the country in institutional and political crisis. Albulen Hadziu's mandate as a front-runner of the Kosovo President's office ends on October 4th of this year. /Periscope/
