Kosovo's Hydrometerology Institute has announced that minimal temperatures will range from -1 to 2 degrees Celsius, while maximum ones from 13 to 17 degrees.
Other than that, IHMK has announced that the wind will blow from the northeast at 1-6m/s speed.
