Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has issued a decree Friday for the distribution of the Assembly on Friday.
At Thursday's extraordinary session, held just hours before the constitutional deadline for election of the president, the Parliament has halted the selection process, as a result of the lack of needed quorum.
