At his last session, Naim Mursel had sought to communicate with his son and Behgjet Pacolli.
The chairman of the court, Fatime Dermaku, said that the request for communication with Pacolli is denied because it's a category of people that the law does not allow,
You have requested communiqué with your son. I've contacted the Swedish authorities, I'm waiting for their answer. And for the request you filed with Behgjet Pacolli, with Switzerland's phone number and your groom -- that's a request not allowed, because this category of persons does not allow the law”, Dermaku was expressed.
Meanwhile, regarding the request for communication with the children, he said they are expecting answers from the Swedish authorities.
