Sadik Zeqiri, the survivor of the Dubrava Massacre, has reacted to the “Massakrat exhibition in Kosovo 1998-1999” organised by Shkelzen Gashi.
He confessed to prison experiences and said Serbian forces “have killed where they got” and I don't know where Gashi is based on his claims.
“We were in Dubrava Prison somewhere around 950 Albanians imprisoned there have been brought from all prisons and almost most of us have been members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, but there have been other prisoners who were arrested in dealt with in RS and recently, even before the war, who have been convicted political”, Zeqi told Infoazine of Kosovo.
During the massacre, March 19th-24, which the author has made May 19-23rd, we are all listed or shot to kill us where we could have been, even where we were all unarmed and where we were all members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, but imprisoned by 48 prisoners.
Zeqiri even said that there have been no aluminum spoons and leave any more weapons to the site.
When they are said to have been armed prisoners, they say we've had weapons and we're facing guards, policemen and Serb soldiers, and it happens that we've been at frontal war with the Serbian side”
The “E has forgotten Gashi and those nongovernmental organisations that have received funds and organised this exhibition that in Dubrava Prison we as prisoners haven't even had aluminum spoons, we haven't nearly had shoelaces and left with weapons of”.
