Based on Article 83. 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code (KPPK), points this out:

According to material evidence and reports published in the media by those injured in the Dubrava massacre, and other massacres in Kosovo, as well as by the reports of citizens who have been injured and victims of these massacres, the Special Prosecutor has opened criminal cases against suspects Shkelzen Gashi, who, with his actions allegedly caused divisions and no patience with our citizens by damaging and changing the truth of the war in Kosovo, considered to have fulfilled the elements of the criminal act <x0N> by his lack of resistance from 141KP.
So, state prosecutor with the aim of fully clarifying the actual situation and securing other evidence in this criminal case,
AU TORIZON
Police officials, from the Directorate Against Organised Crime and the Dead Crimes, to undertake all necessary investigative actions for intelligence collection and relevant evidence by clarifying the reason for the suspects' actions, as well as to provide further evidence under which further actions will be decided.
In particular, to ensure immediately the presence of suspect Shkelzen Gashi, who will be interviewed in the quality of the suspect by clarifying his actions, and from which he has provided the sources of information that he has even published and who seem to be false.
After collecting relevant information and evidence, and after analyzing them, you are authorized to have potential witnesses, injured and other suspects questioned, and other actions taken with the aim of successful investigation into this criminal-juridic case.
After the investigative action company, based on Article 83 pars. 3 KPRK, you are obliged to submit a written report on the actions taken within the shortest deadline.
