After that, the Court has determined other procedural deadlines, asking the prosecution to close its case by March 18th.
After witness testimony, the parties addressed deadline issues and further steps in the procedure. In one oral order, the Only Judge set the following deadlines, among other things: Z The SP must close its case by March 18th 2026. Defence teams must submit any 130 (profession) rule announcement to March 19, 2026. Any motion in support of such reports should be submitted by March 25th 2026. The SPS must present its response to any such motion by April 1st 2026”, the communique said.
Until the initial session on March 6th has been postponed and announced the same in the following days.
