Shkelzen Yusaj president of the Kosovaro-Germanian Business Community begins a new era of organisation

Since the first few days, the KGS has marked a rapid mobilization -- within four days it has managed to gather 45 members, while 30 of them have participated in the founding coalition. The ruling structures have been elected unanimously, reflecting a complete consensus among the founders.

• Armend Malazogu é member of the Board (Cacttus and agribusiness sector) The creation of this organisation resulted in the failure of previous structures of the Albanian-German Business Union in Germany, while also having influence on the development of branch activities in Kosovo. This failure has been reflected in misuse of the members' budget in Germany, usurping the branch bank accounts in Kosovo, as well as irresponsible management of financial means.

Also, the leading structures in Germany have exercised functions illegally for more than two and a half years with expired mandates, making illegal decisions and contrary to the interests of members. High expenses for management and use of the organisation's resources for personal purposes have severely damaged the belief and operation of the former organ.

 

 

On the other hand, the branch of the Union of Albanian-German Business in Kosovo has witnessed high efficiency, carrying out activities and donations within a month that significantly exceed the multi-year performance of central structures.

Therefore, at the request of members in Kosovo and Germany, the establishment of a new, transparent and professional organisation has been seen as necessary, the Kosovaro-German Business Community (KGS), which will soon expand with branches in Germany and Switzerland.

At the same time, we announce all members and former members of previous organisations that the Kosovo-German-Switzerrane Business Community (KGS ) will continue to provide free services until the end of the membership process, ensuring continuation with the same staff and network of contacts.

We invite all businesses and professionals who want to be part of this common journey and success to join us.

Also, a memorandum of co-operation with the global network of businesses and others will soon be signed, providing access to contacts and communication with diaspora businesses worldwide.

Proposal mapping for:
O professional development of frameworks according to market requirements;
O regulation of the market and standardisation of business opening by European standards;
O improve the law on strategic investments and fiscal policies for local and international investors.
Acceleration of economic and industrial development.
Activating strategic potentials, such as Trepca, for increased employment and state income.
The reduction or removal of the oil excise for key sectors, such as agriculture, industry, and heavy transportation, with strict control mechanisms.
Fiscal Reform for T The VSH and the handling of bad debts, facilitating business liquidity.
Knowing losses in goods according to European Union standards.
Reviewing restrictive banking policies for increased lending and lowering financial costs for businesses.
