Prosecutor Yavorka Perlinqevic said the prosecution agrees with this decision, stressing that the questions posed are private nature. The attorney for the damaged party, Leotrim Syla, added that if there is any information related to Mursel and Liridone's private life, then only the morning part must be closed to the public.
The judge, referring to Article 289 of the Criminal Procedure Code, confirmed the decision to close the public hearing during questions against accused Cocalla Confront for the private life of Naim Mursel and Liridona Ademij. /Betimitor Justice/
