The news has been announced by the head of Albania's Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla through a post in “Facebook”
According to Serbian authorities they “have promoted national hatred” through a video published on social networks.
They have been identified by initial A. S. 37 years old, E. V. 42 years old, E. G. 48 and A. C. 18, while charged with the criminal offence of promoting national, racial and religious hatred.
According to Serbian Police, A. S. has published on Facebook a video featuring travelling with a “Audi”, along with the other three, on a highway to Serbia.
