Prosecutor's spokesman Shkodran Nicki said the preliminary procedure hearing will be held today.
“Foundation Procurory in Pec, the Department of War Crimes has filed requests for the appointment of the detention measure against the person indicted for criminal work “heavy murder”. Kosovo police, having accepted the information, have immediately come out on the scene and realised that a person was injured with firearms. The victim has been sent to Peja Regional Hospital for medical treatment, but as a result of severe injuries, the victim has lost his life. The victim's death has been ascertained by the caregiver from Pec Regional Hospital”, the prosecutor's announcement said yesterday.
The suspects yesterday had been seized by the weapon suspected of being used in the assassination, as well as some that the prosecution called “other relevant trials”.
The victim's lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation.
