The event took place today around 09:30, when an announcement was made at the Operative Hall that a citizen had been thrown into the Buna River for self - destruction.
Immediately, General Police Commissioner Shkoder's Service has reacted to the scene and been put in the water, able to get the woman in serious condition but with signs of life.
They've also given her first aid at the scene.
Citizens V. T., 59, has been transported by ambulance to Shkodra Regional Hospital, where he is receiving specialized medical treatment. /Periscope
