Prime Minister Albin Kurti, in his address, indicated that this office is aimed at strengthening institutional care and more direct co-ordination of policies for categories derived from the liberation war.
The office's “Bar for Category Issues issued by the KLA war under the Ministry of Labour and Liberation War Values, aims to strengthen institutional care and more direct co-ordination of policies for categories derived from the liberation war”, he said.
