No. MPs, according to the Constitutional Court's verdict of KO29/11, are obliged to participate in the three votes for the president.
Their participation does not automatically send the country into elections; rather, the issue is sent to the Constitutional Court, as non-participation constitutes violations of the Constitution.
(Pregraphers 83 and 84 of the KO29/11 verdict...):

Under these circumstances, all 120 deputies of the Parliament should feel obligated to the Constitution, the Law for MPs, the Parliament's rule of affairs and the Code of Conduct to participate in the plenary Assembly sessions and to support procedures that are provided there, but above all, a visa-vis duty for the people of Kosovo who chose them.
84. The election of Kosovo's president, who according to Article 83 [The President's status] is the head of State and represents the unity of the people of the Republic of Kosovo, it is of such importance that all MPs, as representatives of the people of Kosovo, should consider it a constitutional duty, except if they are allowed by the president of the Parliament, to participate in the procedure for electing the president; as stated under 86 [President's election] Constitution.
