Kurti said the price of oil in Kosovo is directly affected by international markets, as the country has neither its own resources nor capacity for processing.
The price of oil is quite high you know all the oil that is imported in Kosovo is imported. We don't just have oil resources, but we don't even have oil refinerys. So we don't even process oil unless we have any oil. And so we get the full cost of import inflation. High prices that are out there are probably higher prices here within”, he said.
He added that proposals for the removal of excise and T V US not well thought out and do not rely on successful economic practices, reports Online Economy, broadcast Periscope.
