From the Serbian List earlier have clarified that those who work in health and educational institutions of all levels, but who do not live in Kosovo, will submit the data through their institutions and thus gain the right to stay for 12 months, with the right to continue.
The same applies to students who do not live in Kosovo, but study at the so-called Serbian university “University of Pristina with temporary headquarters in Kosovo's”.
EU outgoing Ambassador to Kosovo Aivo Orav, in a farewell interview for a group of Serbian-language media, had earlier estimated that March 14th could go down as an important date in relations between the Government of Kosovo and the EU, but had warned that the main challenge remains implementation of the agreement.
