Police said the National FBI Academy is one of the most advanced training programmes for senior law enforcement officials, including topics such as leadership, strategic management, contemporary investigative techniques and international co-operation in combating crime.
The conclusion of the FBI Academy by Major Hoti represents an added value for the Kosovo Police, bringing advanced experience and knowledge that will affect strengthening leadership, increasing operational capacities and advancing modern police practices. Maj Hoti has more than 25 years of work experience in the Kosovo Police, where she has served in important positions in the operational field throughout her career. It has led units and police structures to challenging environments, directly contributing to maintaining public order and security, as well as to managing complex security situations”, police report said.
Police also said this achievement simultaneously reflects the continued commitment of the Kosovo Police to professional development and to empowering co-operation with international partners in public security function.
