The third and final degree of the courts has approved Bytyci's lawyer's request for protection of legitimacy.
The Supreme Court in the criminal case against the N.B. indictees, due to the criminal offence of the official position or authority, has made a decision to approve the demand for protection of legitimacy”, the Supremei said in a press release, Paparaci reported.
The defendants have been suspended in detention and the same has been released to protect themselves in freedom”, he said.
Bytyci, who is the CEC's top official in Prizren, is suspected of misuse of office and forging election results.
He was arrested on January 29th last year in Prizren.
