Investigators infiltrate within a group in Prizren selling narcotics, estimate 2kg of heroin, weapons and money

Given the based suspicion, the “defendants have acted in co-ordination and under a group, dealing with the unauthorised distribution and sale of heroin-type narcotics substances”, the report says.
During the operation in the application of separate investigative measures and in infiltrate within the group, there have been “sequentised about 2kg of suspected narcotics substance of the type “> ”, which was allegedly destined for the illegal market”.
Also, during the implementation of commands at various locations, a considerable number of weapons and ammunition were found and seized, “including four (4) pistols, a (1) hunting rifles, two (2) pistol clips, and, about five hundred and forty - four (544) bullets of different calibre, which were held contrary to the proper law for”, the report follows.
Also selected are cash, telephones, two (2) brand cars “Land Rover”, which are used for meetings and exchanges of narcotic substances, as well as other material evidence related to high criminal acts”, says the report.
Regarding these actions, the Prosecutorate confirms that it has initiated criminal proceedings against three R.B. indictees, A.R., and B.B., for criminal acts that are related to narcotics as well as ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms, in line with the provisions of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
