The tragedy in Italy '%s' went into the river to save his son, dies 38-year-old after he was taken from the river flow

A tragic event took place in Italy, where a 38-year-old lost his life after being thrown into the Tagliamento River to save his little boy who was swept away by the water.
The event took place near Ronchis di Latisana, in the province of Udine, under the via of the A4 Highway. The alarm was given by random passersby, who announced emergency services after seeing people in trouble in the river.
According to Italian authorities, the victim was a 38-year-old bricklayer originally from Baku in Azerbaijan, who lived in Pontebba, in the province of Udine.
He was reportedly thrown into the water after his five-and-a-half-year-old son was swept away. His two daughters, aged 9 and 11, were with him. Father was able to take the boy ashore, and two girls and their mother were helped by people near the scene.
Immediately after the rescue of his son, 38-year-old disappeared in the river waters.
Firemen, a helicopter, and divers were involved in the scene, who immediately launched the search. After several hours, the man's lifeless body was found on the other side of the Tagolimento River.
Meanwhile, the five-year-old boy, who had suffered severe drowning syndrome, was transported by helicopter to the Udine hospital. Doctors confirmed he's out of danger to life. /Periscope/
