As Eyal Zamir noted, running operations is considered clear, stressing that military actions will continue in the coming days.
According to him, attacks carried out over the past three weeks have caused significant losses to the Iranian regime, leading to, as he argued, strategic and operational results at the military, economic and governmental level.
The evil regime is weaker and Iran is more exposed and without considerable protection capacity. The regime leaders, who developed skills intended to destroy us, are defeated and confused”, he stressed.
Zamir also referred to Iran's recent release of a long-range ballistic missile with a range of about 4,000km of action targeting a British-American base on Diego Garcia Island in the Indian Ocean.
He said the weapons system was not directed against Israel, but its range of action reaches European capitals, including Berlin, Paris and Rome.
Yesterday alone, Iran launched a two-stage interccircular ballistic missile with a 4000-mile radius of action towards an American target on Diego Garcia Island. These missiles are not meant to hit Israel. Their “Position of action reaches European capitals Berlin, Paris and Rome are all within the range of direct threat”, he stressed.
At the same time, the Israeli Army chief said he had approved new operational plans for military operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon. As he noted, Israeli forces will continue to act as a buffer zone between armed groups and populated areas, noting that any targets considered a threat would be addressed operationally.
I want to thank my colleagues again in the United States Army. I'm in close contact with them every day. Strategic co-operation with our ally is a great and unprecedented force in this” campaign, he added to another point.
The “those who do not face a threat from the start will become his hostages in the future”.
