The Vetevendosje Parliamentary Group is now expected to send the subject related to President Osmani's unconstitutional action to the Constitutional Court. I expect the Constitutional Court to act in accordance with the sensitivity of the case and to take the provisional measure first, because the consequences will be irreparable. Haxhiu said Osman's decision to “has been surprising” because, “is unconstitutional, is hasty”.
“There is no circumstance that gives the president the right to, without the 60-day deadline and without fail, to elect the president of the country, distribute the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. The president is not over the Kosovo Assembly”, she said.
She said Osmani's decision is “mining the work of the Parliament and undermining the Republic of Kosovo institution”.
