Through a Facebook post, Ingera and Admovere said the goal of the exhibition was to honour civil war victims and contribute to the preservation of collective memory for crimes committed in Kosovo.
The goal of our exhibition has been clear and unchanged: honouring the civilian victims of war and contributing to the preservation of collective memory for crimes committed in Kosovo. At no time and in any form have we intended to hurt or offend anyone, it is said in response.
The exhibition, which received much criticism for inaccuracies in the reflection of Kosovo massacres, has been followed by numerous reactions from citizens and political figures in the country.
“At the same time, we call for halting attacks, links and individual threats, as well as for avoiding any misuse of the created situation. We believe that open, calm and respectful discussion is the only way to address such sensitive issues.”

Initially, we ask the sincere forgiveness of all the families of the civilian victims of war, all those directly or indirectly affected by the war in Kosovo, our associates, and the broad public opinion of the situation created.
