The Foreign Law Agreement, Orav: Both sides had to make concessions, shows that dialogue can move forward

Aivo Orav, the European Union's ambassador to Kosovo, has been declared regarding the agreement reached with the government led by Albin Kurti for implementation of the Foreign Law. Orawa, has said both sides had to make concessions, but that they had too much to win.
The dialogue is the key word here, because the normalisation process needs to be developed. And here, I think I can say now that this is possible, because this 14 March agreement that was reached just a few days ago is extraordinary. It's something where both sides had to make concessions and then they have a lot more to win, Orav said.
The EU ambassador has estimated that making such compromises is difficult, and that there is a willingness to move forward.
And this shows that it's really possible to talk. Something is really possible. Now it is a matter of implementation, how the parties will implement it, but from what I hear even from public statements, there is a willingness to move forward in a very constructive way. So I think the Kosovo government has taken this step too, because making such compromises is difficult and always criticised by the opposition. Clearly, the strong opposition criticises the government in every country, he has added.
Furthermore, Orav has praised as the deal in question, which, as it has, indicates that it is possible to move forward in the dialogue process.
However, this is a major achievement and shows that it is possible to move forward with the dialogue process. Also, Peter Sörensen, as the European Union's Special Representative for Dialogue, is very willing to move forward, Orav has declared.
