The Israeli Protection Forces said in a post in Telegram that they had launched attacks aimed at infrastructure throughout Tehran.
Iranian news agency SNN said the attacks hit a residential area in the city.
Iran's Revolutionary Guard said it launched attacks against countries in Israel, including Tel Aviv and Kiryat Schmona, as well as US bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain.
Kuwait said it averted new attacks, fearing that they hit a fuel reservoir at Kuwait International Airport, setting it on fire, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
The Saudi Arabia Defence Ministry said it destroyed at least eight fears in the eastern oil-rich province of the kingdom.
