Court for Blic stressed that the process will be carried out in accordance with the Constitutional Court, the Law for Constitutional Court and the Code of Work, without specifying an exact deadline for making the decision, although the interim move expires on March 31st, broadcasts Periscope.
The “decision pertaining to this case will be made after all constitutional aspects of claims made in demand by the pre-missive side, in accordance with the Constitution, the Law for Constitutional Court and the Court's Code of Work”, are said to be in response.
We remember that, the Constitutional Court has imposed temporary measures by 31 March on President Vjosa Osmani's decree to distribute the Kosovo Assembly.
The Constitution said the decision prohibits any action from President Osmani regarding the March 6th decree, as well as prohibiting any action from Kosovo's Parliament until the provisional measure is in force.
The court estimates that the interim move “is in operation to prevent the cause of irreparable damage to Kosovo's constitutional order and the democratic functioning of key institutions in Kosovo”
