Customs eliminates counterfeit goods with trade brand “Ariel”

The goods in question are seized by customs officials after identifying allegations of intellectual property rights violations.

After verifications carried out in co-operation with competent authorities and rights carriers, as well as the completion of legal procedures, customs says the competent court has ruled on their extermination.

False products, especially those of the cleaning money category, pose a potential risk to the health of citizens and public safety, as they do not undergo necessary quality control and safety standards.
