Seven were taken out and taken to the hospital, one person was found and saved, while another person is still searching.
Rescue surgery has continued since midday, and some injured were released in the early hours.
Additional fire, police and emergency services teams (AFAD) from other parts of the city have arrived to help.
The area has been secured within a radius of several hundred meters.
Witnesses claim that severe explosions followed by chaos.
