Behram writes that selective justice is unfair to the official EU seal.
“History is not judged in court halls, but in a nation's memory. Why does the EU continue the agenda of individuals of the Kremlin sanctioned by the US and Dick Marty after 2022? That requires an answer. ”
He stresses that the Special Court does not function according to Kosovo laws, as anticipated, but as a subsidiary of EULEX that often avoids even the local legal framework.
According to Behram, Jack Smith has told Congress that he works for a European “Tribonal”, not for a Kosovo court.
Behrami raises the question of why the European Union is no longer clear in its public communication and remembers that Kosovo has been the most cooperative state in the Western Balkans in war crimes trials, but is still among the most attacked.
He challenges the German ambassador by asking: “when has the last time an EU or German ambassador to Belgrade publicly sought accountability or extradition from Vuciq and Serbia? I dare the German ambassador show this!
